Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain this information electronically for future reference. The terms "you" and "your" refer to a consumer who applies with Autopronetwork for assistance in obtaining an auto loan ("Application") made by any of our partners, members, affiliates or automobile dealerships and their lenders ("we," "us," and "our"). This Consent for Sharing and Use of Information supplements our Privacy Policy.

By completing all required fields in the Application, selecting "I read and agree to the Consent for Sharing and Use of Information," and clicking the "Submit Application" button on our website Application page, you agree that:

1. We may, after receiving your Application, disclose the following nonpublic personal information about you our lending partners or to nonaffiliated automobile dealers:

·                   Identification and contact information about you that we received from your Application or related credit forms, such as your name, Social Security number, Date of Birth, income,  mailing address, email address, and telephone number; Information about the vehicle(s) you may want to purchase that we received from your Application or related credit forms; and  

2. Our lending partners may disclose the following nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated financial institutions, creditors or third parties that may be able to arrange or provide you with a dealer financing or an automobile loan that we cannot or will not provide:

·                   Information about you that we received from your Application or related credit forms, such as your name, mailing address, email address, Social Security number, driver's license number, telephone number, income, assets and liabilities; Information about you that we received from a consumer reporting agency, such as your consumer report and credit score.

You understand and agree that we nor or lending partners are responsible for any services that might be provided by nonaffiliated automobile dealers, financial institutions, creditors, or third parties.

You agree the nonaffiliated automobile dealers, financial institutions, creditors or third parties that receive the nonpublic personal information described above may use that information to contact you for their own business purposes and may obtain such additional information about you as they may require, including consumer reports, to complete processing of your credit application.

You understand that your information sharing consent will remain in effect until you revoke or modify it. You may revoke your information sharing consent at any time.

We will maintain a true and correct copy of this Consent for Information Sharing. You are entitled to a copy of this Consent for Information Sharing upon request. You may want to keep a copy of this Consent for Information Sharing for your own records.
